The Mediteran Wall Mounted Halo Generator is the newest and most advanced Salt Micro Therapy available and can be permanently installed in your home, business or salt cave. It is  programmed with six pre-set options for salt mist flow and ease of operation.  You can also manually override the settings to accommodate your personal needs.   It generates a dry salt mist flow that is effective in rooms up to 480 square feet.   It’s easy to use; simply add the supplied 100% pure pharmaceutical salt to the salt hopper, choose your salt flow setting, sit down and breathe. Since the halo generator outputs a fine mist of microscopic (too small to be seen by the naked eye) salt particles into the air, your skin will be exposed to this mist.  This is a good thing.  During treatment, the dry salt mist sinks into your skin’s epidermis and its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties allow it to absorb excess oils and reduce the inflammation that contribute to acne, psoriasis and eczema.  Showering after a salt therapy session can serve as a gentle exfoliant, removing dead skin cells and dried tissue and bringing healthier new skin cells to the surface.  One important consideration: the salt mist spreads through the air.  You may not be able to see it, but over time it will accumulate on its surroundings creating unsightly surfaces and causing havoc with your electric devices so we recommend using it only in a contained environment. This is a wall mounted unit designed for permanent installation and works with any standard 110 Volt electrical outlet.  It is 20″ high, 12″ deep and 12″ wide and weighs 26 pounds.  It is highly recommended that you use 100% pure pharmaceutical salt to avoid irritation or inflammation.   The Halo Generator uses between 1 and 7 ounces of pharmaceutical salt depending on your mist flow settings (0.5-15 microns) and length of session (15 to 90 minutes.)  It comes with an 8 ounce supply of pharmaceutical salt so don’t forget to stock up–we have 20, 40, 60 and 120 pound sizes available.
